Looking for a clean place and quiet.
En-Suite, share with only landlords.
No student or crowded place,
No animal as its only for human.
No stress or fake landlords must have all legal documents if need deposit must be with the government scheme and prove
Many had landlords made it difficult for good one, we have been a victim of bad ones and greedy, selfish just need money and no facilities to offer, if all included but no heating or hot water
Freezing cold and cooking with no place to set. Also this new way Mon- Fri? Where will stay if I need the weekend on top of that they charge like full week. I think government must watch them and control the rent and utilities and everything things, most of landlords they avoids paying for council tax and rent I come to the Tax people. Thru will be caught this month
