Hi, I'm Izzy! I’m a 33-year-old creative with a background as a freelance filmmaker and video editor. I’m a clean, tidy, and easygoing person who respects boundaries but enjoys a friendly chat.

I’m a non-smoker (and strictly looking for a smoke-free home) and drug-free, though I do enjoy the occasional pint. In my spare time, I love reading literature, PC gaming, listening to rock music, and heading out for my weekly boxing and salsa classes. I also don't have any pets, nor am I looking to live with any.
What I’m Looking For

The Room: A double room with enough space for a desk setup for my desktop computer (this is a non-negotiable for my editing/gaming!).

Location: Ideally North London, but I am completely open to relocating elsewhere in London if the vibe is right.

Tenancy Length: I am looking for stability and prefer a 1-year tenancy agreement, though I am more than happy to commit to up to 3 years if the property, area, and housemates feel like the perfect mix.

Employment & Financial Stability

I believe in full transparency upfront. I am currently out of work due to a permanent disability, which means my income is fully secured via PIP and long-term housing benefits. Because this is guaranteed in perpetuity by the government, my rent payments are entirely stable, secure, and always paid on time.

With that said, I do not want to stay on benefits indefinitely. My goal is to get back into full-time freelance filmmaking and get on with my life as soon as my health permits. Living in a stable, supportive environment is the final piece of the puzzle to help me get back to work.
