Friendly,tidy, lady in need of a home please 😊

Ideally, i need somewhere self-contained within easy distance of Emsworth with easy parking nearby.
My priority is to be near enough to my elderly father, to be on-call for his needs.
I usually work with children in Nursery/school environments but at present, I care for my father full-time
Unfortunately as I am caring for my father, I am unable to work so am in receipt of Universal Credit and Carers Allowance, I do however do some voluntary work at a children's nursery whenever I can but my dad is my first priority.
I have been told that I am a lovely tenant, extremely reliable, always pay on time and am extremely respectful of my own and other people's property. 😀
My current and previous landlords will be happy to vouch for me.
