Wanted - room £150w ono
I wish to contact a landlord for a tenancy (not buddying up/wanting to share a tenancy). And I wish to be within one hour's bus journey of central London. I have told my present landlord I will vacate his property by 01/06/2026.
I live in NW10 Harlesden. I am leaving my present accommodation because of noisy tenants waking me up at night. I need a place without people slamming doors or fragrances like incense or air fresheners put in shared areas. And I would prefer a non-smoking house and ideally not at the front.
At present I am on universal credit, this is due to health problems I have. And I also receive a PIP payment. My total monthly income from this at present is £1,764.
I am a quiet non-smoking man aged 55. I am a reliable tenant and can pay by bank transfer/direct debit. I can pay a month's deposit in advance and up to one month's rent in advance. My credit rating is good with all 3 major credit reference agencies.
I have a current British passport for ID as well as a certified copy of my Birth Certificate. I am a verified tenant on spareroom.
Although on benefits I will be out every day. From when I was using meters a year ago my electricity/gas usage was max £10/wk excl standing charges.
