Seeking Brighton room

Hi! I'm Simon, and I'm looking for a room in Brighton and Hove starting around November for a new job!
I'm a Kiwi who's been in London for the past year working as a lifeguard (in a leisure centre, rather than lifeguarding the Thames), but I'm moving into a swimming pool technician job down south. In my spare time I'm a massive music nerd (I love both listening to and playing music) and I love finding cool hikes around the place. I've also been told I'm partial to the humble pub.
I'm tidy and love to make whatever place I'm in feel like a home, and I'm respectful of others' space in the flat while loving a bit of socialising too. I'd love a flat and flatmates that are down for a cheeky pint or a flat movie every now and again, and a nice homely vibe.
Looking forward to hearing from ya!
