Couple looking for a double room in shared flat

Hello,
We are a couple aged 26 and 25 looking for a nice double, ideally closer to the beach/parks. I'll be starting my second year studying a PhD in glaciology at the UoA. My partner has just finished his Master's in Physical Geography and will be looking for a job in Aberdeen. We are both really tidy, respectful, and easy-going, but also happy to socialise with flatmates, playing board games... We are looking for someone with similar mindset.

Buddy up:
We want to find someone who would like to rent with us a nice flat located in areas such as Links View, Urquhart Court/Terrace, Ocean Apartments, Merkland Lane, Bothwell Road-Constitution St., Park Road Court, Seaforth Road, etc. There are several really nice 2-bed properties available, e. g. on Rightmove, usually around £800-1000/flat/month.
