Canary Wharf Professional (July move) 📦

Hi there! I’m a mid-30s professional working permanently in corporate banking over in Canary Wharf. I am currently on the lookout for a lovely, comfortable room to call home with a move-in date between 6th and 9th July.

I’m a vegetarian—though I do eat eggs 😉—and love cooking healthy meals. I am completely relaxed about whatever my future flatmates choose to eat! 🥗

My Lifestyle & Routine
I usually work from home about 3 days a week, so a relatively peaceful environment during the 9-5 working hours is important to me. Because of this, I am looking for a room large enough to comfortably fit my desk and chair setup. Don't worry though—I keep to my room's workspace and am very quiet during the day! 💻💼

On the weekends, I love to unwind by catching up on the latest movies, binge-watching TV series, or exploring the city. I am clean, tidy, and incredibly respectful of shared communal spaces. 🎬🧹

What I’m Looking For
Location-wise, I am focusing on areas with a commute/travel time to Canary Wharf of under 50 minutes 🚇⏱️

I have a preference for modern apartment buildings and town houses, as I really enjoy that style of living! I am also ideally looking to join a smaller household with a maximum of 4 people total (including myself), as I find it keeps the environment relaxed. 🏢✨

I’m hoping to find flatmates who are similarly clean, considerate, and easy-going. I value my own downtime, but I’d love a home where we can catch up over a cup of tea or a casual chat in the evenings rather than just living like strangers. ☕❤️
