Engineering graduate looking for room

Hello, I'm Alistair and I'm looking for a flat now that I have graduated from The University of Edinburgh, where I studied Mechanical Engineering. I'm looking for somewhere in central Edinburgh, but this is not a must. I can provide references from my previous flatmates and landlord, and a UK guarantor.

As I have a car, residents parking or nearby street parking is a must for me.

I'm of the quieter type, and will typically go about my business, but always happy to socialise. I'm also the type of person that likes a tidy living space. I will be working part time once I've sorted my living arrangements, and working on applications for graduate roles for summer next year, as well as some travelling here are there.

My interests are mainly hillwalking around Scotland, and motorsport, in which I compete and volunteer. I'm involved with both of those clubs from university, and I'll often be out and about doing those activities.

An end of August or before move in date is preferrable, but not essential.
