Returning Londoner seeking a home

Hi, I'm a Londoner, moving back home after 2 years of travelling.

I work as a consultant with a background in tech and social sciences.

As a flatmate I'm:
✅ Clean, respectful, and honest. I value both socialising and personal space.
✅ I would love to live with people who treat the space like a home. Not just as strangers.

☑️ Most recently, I went to a multi-day festival in The Netherlands, completed the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal and supported animal rescues across South Asia
☑️ Love films & books - frequently attend film & literature festivals
☑️ London music festivals & events
☑️ Quiet dinners at home w the occasional games
☑️ Trying out new food & drinks across the boroughs
☑️ Attending talks & debates

What I'm looking for:
✅ Walking distance to a train station
✅ Living room or dining area
✅ Not looking to be confined to my room so please don’t reach out if you have a lot of restricting rules
✅ Room with a desk or flexibility to add one
✅ Ideally less than £1200 - that's the absolute max I'm willing to go depending on the space & transport links
