Seeking calm, offering same.

Hi! I’m a considerate, clean, and easygoing professional in my 40s, looking for a friendly and relaxed home. I work in the coffee sector in training and wholesales, and really value coming back to a calm, comfortable space at the end of the day. Sometimes this is after a gym visit, and/or catchup with a friend.

In my downtime, I quite enjoy a mix of quiet evenings, good conversation, theatre, the occasional shared meal and staying active (trying to get out of the city every once in a while). I’ve lived in lots of shared homes before, and really value mutual respect, clear communication, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Looking to join a flat that feels like a home - not just a place to sleep. Happy to do my share and keep things ticking along.
