I am a 43-year-old professional female looking for a double room, ideally with an en-suite, although I am open to other options.
My budget is up to £400 PCM, including bills.
I split my time between Leamington Spa and Birmingham, typically spending around two weeks each month in Birmingham and two weeks in Leamington Spa due to work commitments and commuting. As a result, I am often away and would make a quiet, considerate, and low-impact housemate.
