Hi, I’m David, on my late 30s.

I’m responsible, tidy, and easy to live with. I keep a healthy routine, work long hours, and really value having a calm, relaxed home environment. I’m respectful of personal space and always keep shared areas clean and comfortable.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet room in a well kept home, ideally with one or two others at most. I’m not interested in a social or party household, I prefer a peaceful place to unwind.

I don’t smoke and would ideally like to live with non smokers who are considerate and respectful.

My budget is relatively flexible, ideally should include bills. I’m aiming to move in mid/late June 2026.
