Looking for a room for laid back, easygoing guy

I work in events, which means my week can swing between full on and pretty chilled. Some evenings I'm up for a chat in the kitchen or joining a house dinner, other times I'm just as happy keeping to myself with a book.

I'm tidy, respectful, non-smoker, no pets, and easy to live with. Central London locations work best for me, budget's around £1,100–£1,400 pcm (excluding bills), and I'm looking to move within the next month.

Outside of work, I love cooking proper meals, keep up a decent gym routine, and try to catch a gig when I can, but I'm equally happy with a quiet night in. I'm looking for a furnished room, ideally somewhere I can settle into and treat with respect.
