Lone Simple Renter looking for Room

I’m a County Court Advocate who also waitresses part time. The work I do means I’m frequently out of the house. I love cooking and meal prepping but keep shared spaces clean. Love sharing meals, ideally would like a place where 1-2 people are allowed over to have dinner sometimes. A morning person so definitely no late night guests or drinking. I play the guitar but similarly, I can plug my earbuds into the amp and I usually play for 1 hour periods before 9pm. I also like drawing.
