Hi, I’m moving to Southampton for a new job and am looking for a clean, comfortable flat to rent.

I’m a working professional, tidy, respectful, responsible, and easy to deal with. I’m looking for a well-maintained property with good transport links and convenient access to local shops and amenities.

I’m open to a studio, one-bedroom flat, or suitable self-contained property. I’d prefer a place with reasonable bills and a straightforward tenancy arrangement.
