Hello. I am a transgender woman studying physics and sofa surfing is not very conducive to that... (as long as you're ok with trans, I'm not too gaffed about an LGBT house.)
Am normally a pretty quiet person, got interests n things to read n allat... but I'm not a shutin; up for going out, just not a big drinker nowadays. Big fan of Manchester community meals and things too, along with parties.
I have pretty low requirements for the sort of house I need, I just need a bed, fridge/freezer space, access to a desk in relative peace, and a place to store my inventory. Anything cheap with limited amenities, I would be interested in too, probs can't do more than £550.
I'd prefer to live with chill students, I've lived with students of nursing, history, philosophy, drainer psychologists,... anything is lovely really. Of course, doesn't have to be students, and I'm really open to living with anyone, if we're cool. The world is filled with wonderful people. Bonus points for artisical/scientistical peoples but... it really isn't a big deal.

When my last flatmate was poor last year, we cooked 10kg of mash for the house (excuse to feed him). Wary friendly hijinks as these.

Non-negotiable: within 50 mins bus/tram to Piccadilly gardens (unless for short term lets, like a month or 2)

Open to extremely short lets, even like a week, for proportionally reduced price.

Interested in buddying up as long as you are not a human trafficker.
