Let's also be real here - if you are renting a 5 bed house and charging 700+ for a room and your house is not a £2m valued mansion then you are simply profiteering based on the lack of supply and you are a major part of what is wrong with society - if you don't realise that the property is the investment and think that you deserve a monthly profit on top of that (over a nominal amount for maintenance) then you disgust me - don't even think about contacting me - you are a cancer in this world!
