House share West London to include W12

I'm friendly, easy to get along with, clean, tidy, respectful/consciously aware of my surroundings and everyone i come into contact with, and expect the same in return. Most importantly, i pay my bills on time and in full for everything i purchase! I work in Education as an Exam Invigilator in the private sector, and i'm an actor as well.

Very sociable,, young at heart (no old biddy, so ignore age!) varied interests including the usual, bars, dinner/drinks, going out, trips away, events, etc., but also love 'me' time, whether that's time spent in nature/garden, meditation/spiritual, gardening or reading a good book.

Essentials looking for - Garden, shared Living Room, Parking (would be great, but optional) love animals, so no issue if have in home, or pet sit occasionally. All bills included is a must!

I consider myself to be a trustworthy, authentic and genuine soul who loves life, to laugh, who's sensible, reliable, but also, doesn't take life too seriously.

Timescale for my availability now is probably around 4 weeks, but could be shorter, if a suitable abode comes up! Also, will to push budget up if the 'right' place comes up!
