My budget is around £1.4k/month including bills. Ideally, I’m looking for a studio flat within this budget, but I’d also be open to an ensuite room in a nice flatshare. I’d especially love to be in West or South West London, ideally Zone 1-2. Areas I’m particularly interested in include Chelsea, Kensington, Marylebone, Notting Hill, Queen’s Park, Queensway, Holland Park, Fulham, Pimlico, Vauxhall and Battersea but I’m definitely open to other areas too. I’m very clean and tidy, easy-going and respectful.
