Masters student looking for a room

Hi there!
I’m a sociable person keen to live with likeminded people in a homely, tidy and well decorated home. I enjoy alone time at home but also socialising with my housemates around a meal, a pint, or a movie night.
As a housemate, I care about cleanliness and communication to keep things smooth. Having lived both with friends and strangers, I am very adaptable to the crowd I live with and enjoy making the flat feel homely for everyone.
I am currently a masters student but finishing in August and keen to stay in Edinburgh afterwards. I am open to paying my share of council tax if needed too.
I am looking for a flat now as my current landlord would like to repossess her flat for family, so I can move in ASAP, and am looking for somewhere within a 20min walk maximum from the university main campus.
