F24 looking for a short term lease/ rolling contract beginning in early August in and around Newcastle upon Tyne. I am a recent graduate currently working in hospitality while searching for a permanent position in my industry. I am a sociable, clean and respectful housemate, and love meeting new people and making new friends!
I am ideally looking for a house share with other recent graduates/young professionals, preferably women only but also open to a mixed house. My current tenancy ends on 5th Aug, so any tenancy from the first week of August would be ideal.
