Searching for 3rd Flatmate, Camberwell Area

Hi,

I’m a lawyer currently completing my training contract, and I’m looking for a flatmate to move in to join me in a new-build townhouse, located in Denmark Hill, Camberwell, as my current flatmate is moving out.

It's very well connected to the city. Denmark Hill is the closest train link, and there are plenty of frequent buses located a few minutes walk away from the property.

Ideally, looking for someone to move in 11 July.

It’s a clean, respectful and sociable house. Often super busy with work during the week, so looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, and who values a calm, professional, and tidy home.

In my free time, i enjoy going to the gym, cooking & the occasional night out

Looking for a flatmate with whom we can be mates as well as housemates, not just strangers passing in the hallway.

The property we’re looking at has a monthly rent of £3,500 (so £1,166 per person excl. bills).

Amenities include:
- Three equally sized double bedrooms;
- A separate kitchen;
- A reception room;
- A fully tiled bathroom suite & additional WC;
- A private garden / roof terrace;
- A parking permit (if required)
