Hi, I'm Carmen! I'm Dominican and lived in Philadelphia for a while. I've been living at Elephant and Castle/Kennington for the past 6 months, and it genuinely feels like home to me, and I'd love to stay in the area.

I'm a postgraduate student at the London School of Economics(LSE) finishing up my MSc in Real Estate Economics this year. I need to move by the end of April because the house I'm currently in is being sold. No drama, just bad timing on the landlord's end!

About me: I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I work from home a lot and keep pretty regular hours. I'm friendly and easy to chat with but I also value a calm, quiet home environment. I do my dishes straight away and keep communal areas clean without being asked.

I'm ideally looking for a women-only flat or house, but I'm open to mixed if it's a friendly, respectful, and safe environment.

Budget: up to £850/month (bills included preferred, can stretch to £1,000 to stay in the area)
Area: Elephant and Castle, SE17, Peckham or nearby South London
Move in: end of April, as soon as possible
