Spare Room?

Looking to move to a nice 2 bed flat near the city center for about 700-900 per month.
About me - I'm a chef, I mostly live in the kitchen. I like to participate in anything to do with acoustic music (what I did at uni) and also started bjj a year ago. I do sometimes play instruments at home but only ever at sociable hours and not too often. I'm not a loud person but am not judgey either - I don't smoke regularly but don't mind if you do!
Preferably looking for a someone sociable who wants to make the flat a home and be mates - also if someone wants to get a pet that would be brilliant. (Hamster or fish or something else alive in the room) I'm a fan of plants as well.

I'm happy to live with either a man or woman between 19-25, more than happy to grab a pint or coffee to talk about price/ location preferences etc or just to get to know each other. Feel free to message if you either have a room or want to go to the pub and find one together.
