Looking to buddy with female-new build apartment💞

I’m Julie, I’m a professional (nurse) in South London but live in East so i’m not too fussed what area to live in although I would prefer Canary wharf/LDN bridge/Bank/Nine Elms and surrounding areas.
Im looking to buddy up with someone in a *modern* new build apartment/penthouse with balcony ideally with a concierge/gym in house/at least one near by.
I love to cook and am trying to get back into being an MUA so would love my own space to make some content.
I’m really chill I’m usually knackered after work i work long hours so after a shower I go straight to sleep so I wont be in your way too much. Being around hectic i now just want to be around peace in my own beautiful place with someone with good vibes. Im quite tidy and love a fresh smelling home. Im down to hang out but also respect alone time. I love restaurants, spas and all girlie things.
My budget is around £1300 with bills included if budding up and £1500 with bills included if alone.
