Rishi, 22 - Professional Male, Double room

Hi, I'm 23 and am looking for a double room to rent. My budget would be £1,100 with bills included.

I am looking to move from the West Midlands down to London for work and live in the big city! My preferred areas are Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth & Balham, but open to other areas if suited.

Sociable, clean and friendly.

I enjoy a pub night just as much as a night in. Love to stay active, whether it's through the gym or various sports (trying to play as much padel as I can!).

I will be in the office 2/3 days a week and would work from home the other days. Weekends are chilled, but enjoy making plans or doing things spontaneously. Would love to find a flat I get on well with and can do things together but equally respect everyone's own space and time.
