Looking for a flat in Liverpool

Hi, my name is Finlay.

I’m 24, originally from south Wales, but have been living in Leeds for the last year for work. I’m moving to Liverpool for a new role in the city centre, starting on 1st September.

I’m searching for a nice double room in a shared house with other young professionals. I’m looking for flats in the Georgian Quarter; Lark Lane/Sefton Park; Aigburth; Allerton etc. but am pretty flexible on location. My ideal house would have a good shared area for socialising and sufficient space to work from home when needed.

My budget is up to £800pcm, and I’m looking to move in by the end of August. I’m friendly, outgoing and like a chat with my flatmates, but also tidy and considerate of others’ space and time. I enjoy racket sports, cooking, music, dancing, coffee, travelling, going to watch a film or just having a chat over a glass of wine.
