Hello, I’m Noz, 32, and I’m looking for a single room next to Otley Road from 01/12/2026 (long-term). I work full-time as a carer at Adel Care Home (LS16), so I’m out early and usually back in the evenings. My budget is up to £350 pcm bills included.
About me: I’m a non-smoker and sober, very tidy, respectful of shared spaces and quiet at home after work. I’m fine with pets and mixed-gender households. I can provide references, payslips and a guarantor to reassure landlords/flatmates. I can handle commuting myself.
