Creative Flatmate Looking for Room–Aug/Sep Move-In

Hi! I'm Jacob, a 26-year-old filmmaker, recent MA graduate, moving out by the end of August.

I'm looking for a room— ideally for £550–650/month (bills included). I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like a home: clean, friendly, creative vibes, and well-connected. Ideally somewhere that feels social but chill, where flatmates enjoy hanging out, chatting after work, watching movies or music nights from time to time. Not just sharing space, but sharing good energy too.

I currently work in hospitality while applying to film/TV gigs, so I balance shifts and creative work. I’m clean, responsible, and sociable, always happy to share a glass of wine or a Netflix watch, but also respectful of quiet time. Ideally hoping to live with people who care about making the flat feel like a nice place to land at the end of the day.

I’m available to view places online before I arrive, and can move in from August 24th onward. Preferably a longer-term let (6+ months) with good transport links.
