​I will be working near Arena Central (B1 2AX), so I am looking for a room within walking distance or a short, easy commute.

​Preferred Locations: B16, B18, B15, B5, or B1 (or areas with easy access to the city centre).
​Property Type: A room in a professional house share.
​Move-in Date: 1st September
