Looking for a room to move into January 2026

Hello,

My name is Tessa, 27 years old, looking to move into a new place first week of January 2026. I am looking for a double or single room with bills included but I am happy to negotiate a little bit over my budget. I am looking for a room in a shared house with friendly, welcoming and clean individuals.

A little bit about myself, I am a clean and mindful person who is always down for a chat but equally values my own space and downtime- an ambivert as they say.

I am also quite creative and I get along with all sorts of people. I just finished a graphic design course so I am currently looking towards working as a graphic designer so in the mean time I am on DSS income which covers my rent budget as stated on my ad.

I can also provide a grantor upon request as well as references from my current landlord.

My interest include music, concerts, art, reading, writing, fashion, film and much more. I am looking to find somewhere safe and welcoming to stay long term with housemates who can hopefully turn into great friendships over time.
