43 year old electrician looking for a clean and quiet place to rent. I have a car and van so need parking. Must be low crime area due to my van. Non smoker so wont live with smokers. Vaping I dont mind. I have no pets. Single but dating. I cook most days. Im a clean individual and I train at the gym 4 or 5 times a week. I may even be taking on a second job to build a nice fund up for myself ontop of what im already doing. Im moving in the mo th of August. Exact date doesn't matter. Reason being Rent is going from 650 to 1000 per month and im not prepared to pay that.
