Hey! I’m looking for a like-minded, reliable, and respectful person to team up with and find a great place to rent together in London. Ideally, we'd search for a 2-bed flat and split costs evenly.
A bit about me: I'm tidy, considerate, and easygoing. I work full-time as a civil engineer, enjoy cooking (especially fermented foods and fresh pasta!), and value a peaceful home environment. I’m not into loud parties at home, but I’m always up for a good chat, shared meal, or the occasional Netflix binge. I keep things clean and would appreciate someone who’s the same.
I'm hoping to find a fellow tenant—not just someone to rent a room, but someone who wants to choose a place with me, sign the lease together, and make it a home. If you're looking for more control over where you live and who you live with, this could be the right setup for you.
Budget-wise, I’m aiming to spend around £900 per month and I’m flexible on move-in dates as long as the arrangement feels right.
