Looking for a room to Rent

🏡 **Looking for 2 Rooms | Move-in: 10th August**

Hi everyone! 👋

My friend and I are looking for two rooms to rent from 10th August

Our preferences:

📍 Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (or nearby), with good bus/Metro links and easy access to shops.

🛏️ Rooms: Ideally 2 ensuite rooms** in the same house. We'd also be happy with **2 spacious double rooms** in a modern property, provided there are **no more than 4 people in total** sharing the accommodation.

🏠 House: We're looking for a clean, modern, and well-maintained home with a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

💰Budget: £350–£550 per room, per month (bills included preferred).

📅 Move-in Date: 10th August.

🙋 About Us: We are a postgraduate graduate and a female postgraduate student. We're respectful, tidy, easy-going, non-smokers, and always keep shared spaces clean. We're looking for a peaceful home and are happy to share with students or professionals.
