Looking for a double room in Clapham & surrounds

Hi, I'm Charlotte!
I'm a 24 year old professional moving to London in late September / early October to continue my career, and I’d like to lease a double bedroom for at least 1 year. Would love for rent + bills to be <£1000 however can stretch upwards for the right place.

What I’m looking for:
- double bed
- furnished
- Clapham area, but open-minded to other safe areas with similar vibes
- girls house, or mixed gender
- other young professionals
- ideally a place looking for a friend, not just a flatmate.
- ideally a room with a desk, and storage space
- a bedroom with good natural light (ideally SW facing window - a girl can dream!)
- ideally able to get a parking permit
- suitable for hybrid working (3-4 days in office)
- chilled about me having guests (my bf) over in my room (approx once per month for a weekend)

I don’t smoke, vape or use any substances. I am social and friendly, but also sensible and respectful of those around me. I want to make friends in my new house or flat, and would love for them to share their top recommendations for coffee, cocktails, restaurants and all the culture hotspots! I will be working full-time so will be able to provide financial proof of affordability for the room.
