Looking for a Private Landlord – 3 Bedroom Whole House Rental Needed

I am a reliable, long-term tenant and single parent looking for a private rental of a whole 3-bedroom house in the local area.

Unfortunately, the current rental market has made securing a property through letting agents extremely difficult. Many properties are receiving 80–100 applications, and strict affordability criteria often place single parents and applicants requiring a guarantor at a disadvantage despite being able to comfortably maintain the rent.

My current landlord is selling the property, so I need to secure a new home as soon as possible.

• Looking for a long-term home and stability.
• Happy to provide references from my current landlord.
• Guarantor available if required.
• Able to discuss finances openly and honestly with any prospective landlord.

I am specifically looking for:
• A whole 3-bedroom house.

• Long-term tenancy.
• Salisbury, Amesbury or surrounding areas between the 2.
