Looking for a Room in Manchester - Long Term

I'm looking for a room in Manchester City Centre/Ancoats.

I work in the financial sector as a software developer with a split 3-2 (2 days working from home), so I will need a room big enough for my workstation to fit inside it (computer, desk, chair, etc...) I also work in personal projects after work sometimes or on weekends. Also, travel outside MCR at least once a month for 4 days so you will have the space for your own :) as well as in Christmas, as I plan to go outside UK.

I'm very active in the gym, I go 3-5 times a week, love to cook and meal prep, so I will be using the kitchen regularly.

Currently, I live by myself and actually have furniture, a sofa bed, a smaller sofa, a rug, the bedroom furniture, some small kitchen appliances, such as an air fryer and a blender. Vacuum machine, etc.

I don't mind selling my furniture if I find a room that ticks all my boxes and is already furnished, but I don't mind taking them with me and sharing them with my flatmate.

I would like to share with someone who can be my friend :)

I'm easy-going, flexible, tidy, and VERY clean, so I would love someone who is like me.

I'm not in a rush to move, but I have to give 2 months' notice.

The budget is 950£ with bills
