Professional Tenant in Urgent Need of a New Home

Hi, I’m Ash. I’m currently looking for a room/property while working closely with North Somerset Council, who are supporting me with housing costs including deposits, bonds and rent support if needed.

I’m self-employed working in social media/content creation and also receive a stable top-up through Universal Credit and Housing Benefit. I’m clean, respectful, easy to get on with and keep myself to myself most of the time. I don’t smoke, I’m not into causing drama or parties, and I’m simply looking for somewhere safe and settled where I can properly rebuild and focus on work.

My previous accommodation ended unexpectedly due to the landlord selling the property, so I’ve been temporarily sofa surfing while searching for the right place. I’m ready to move quickly and can provide any information/references required.
