August or later move in

Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to to room with me in a 2 bedroom flat preferably in N7 and surrounding areas (ideally another student to exempt council tax, but agreements can be made otherwise) or any existing flat shares that include a living room! Ideal move in would be mid-end of August or later. Looking around £1000 a month all in but any cheaper would be great.

I'm an outgoing person and I make sure to respect others around me by staying tidy and responsible. I spend a lot of time going out and socialising, and when I'm home I like to relax, make music and watch a movie/show.
