Looking for student friendly flat

I am a 23 year old female midway through a 12 month masters program in Biomedical Sciences at the University of York. I also work as a waitress to supplement my student stipend. I’m friendly and would make a respectful flatmate. I have no preference on single/double rooms, ideally searching for a flat within walking distance or on a bus route to the university and town centre for work.
