Professional Musician/Singer looking for a room!

Hi there! I’m a musician and artist from Belfast and have been living in London around 8 months now (Enough time to understand journey planning is a practice of ritual, an occasion for debate and social bonding. Im not really there yet, but I am learning all the names of the train lines) Thankfully I drive so it would be great if there was a place to park my car or to apply for on street parking permit.
I'm currently living in East London. I’m clean in shared spaces and respect other housemates. I enjoy socialising too and spending time with housemates hopefully making friends in the process! Having dinner, movie nights, painting nights or listening to music along with friends are just some things that spring to mind. I really appreciate downtime also to recharge and focus on my music and writing. I love animals and have my own cat back home in Belfast so pets aren't an issue for me (they're a positive if anything)
I respect others boundaries and also have my own within flatshares

PS would be great if I could play some music during reasonable hours and put some sound insulation in my room. Im up for the idea of warehouse living to accommodate the lifestyle also!
