26-year old professional looking for room/buddy-up

Hi, I’m Sam.

I’m a 26 year-old software engineer working for a financial services company based in Bank. My current tenancy with my existing flatmate is up soon and I’m looking for either an existing room to take over or someone to buddy up with.

I try to work from the office but also work from home one or two days a week, so having space for a desk would be needed. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with – not someone who hosts large gatherings, and I’m generally quiet during the week.

Every other weekend my girlfriend tends to come over, and I tend to do the reverse.

Outside of work, I enjoy making sourdough, cooking, programming, watching TV series and playing board games. I don’t smoke, and I’m happy living with pets.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere within commuting distance of Bank but open to a range of locations. My budget is around £1,200-£1,300/month including bills.
