I am looking for a peaceful room in Brighton from early September until January 30th, 2027. My master's program officially concludes on September 30th, and I hold a stable, long-term part-time job (20 hours/week) as a cleaning assistant at Hertford Primary School / Lynchet Close. My job is secure, with guaranteed deep-cleaning hours in August and continuous contract shifts when the school term resumes in September. To provide absolute financial security for a short-term stay.
As a housemate, I am highly responsible, tidy, and respectful of personal space and quiet environments. Non-smoker, no pets, and fully LGBTQ+ friendly.
