Looking for a buddy to join us in the house hunt!

Hi!
We’re Rosa and Cerys and we’re 2 friends looking for a buddy to find a new place to live with in October :) 💛

We’re both 24, and have currently lived together for a year. One of us is a nurse and the other an engineer. We like to go to pubs and have a yap, watch bad tv and bake sweet treats. 🥧

We’re making a move from our current place due to structural issues with the flat and other housemates wanting to move in with partners!

Ideally we’re looking to move in mid October to the east London area, specifically with decent access to the district line- potentially east/ west ham area but we’re flexible as long it has good connections ect.

We’re looking for a 3-4 bed place so if one person or 2 people join us that’d be perfect.

Our budget is £900 pp pcm. We’re looking for a place with a garden with a shared living space- this is important to us as we really want to prioritize making the space feel like a home. We don't smoke or have pets but depending on the landlord might be open for a cat! 😼
