3 LCF Students Seeking 3 rooms

We are three friendly and responsible students at the London College of Fashion looking for three separate rooms to move into around 14th September.
About us:

All non-smokers, no pets
Clean, tidy, and respectful of the property
Easy-going and reliable tenants
Financials:
As full-time students, we don’t have a regular income, but we can provide:

Bank statements
A UK-based guarantor or
Pay rent upfront if required
What we’re looking for:
Three separate bedrooms (can be within the same house/flat)
Good transport links to Central London (LCF –Stratford campus)
Furnished preferred, but open to options
We’re currently outside London, so a video tour before booking would be ideal.
