I am looking for an all female house/flat to share the rent on. I am working at the University of Edinburgh and will be starting my PhD this year at the uni. Hence, a house/flatshare near Kings building would be optimal. My budget is ideally around 550-750 GBP per month (including bills). My move in date could be anytime between 15st August 2026 to last week of October 2026. I will be renting long term.
I keep my areas tidy and regularly do my chores. I am an outgoing independent individual with a passion for science. I love cooking, art and movies. I do not drink or smoke. I don't mind others smoking (as long as it is not inside the house/flat).
