I’m a 30-year-old Taiwanese dancer and performer, looking for my ideal home in London. My requirements are listed below:

💚Must:
- wooden floor without carpet
- window for breeze and natural light
- room for placing a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and some extra space for me to stretch after work
- 4 other roommates maximum
- 5 mins walk to a tube station
- roommates who keep public space clean and tidy ( because I would do the same)
- washing machine
- supermarket in 5 mins walk distance

🩵Great to have
- 2 toilets and bathrooms
- socialable roommates for some occasional drinks or talks
- fully furnished room and equipped kitchen
- dryer
- lovely stores and shops nearby
- park nearby

My budget’s £900 pcm including bills.
If I like the place very much, I may consider to increase my budget a bit more( no more than £1000 including bills)
