Creative Looking for Room (Immediate Move-In)

Hey! I'm looking for a room ideally in East & South London areas. I studied fine art and continue with my practice. I also love music, cinema and reading! A creative environment (or just an open minded community) with good transportation links would be perfect.

I'm a 25 year-old and I work part time (4 days a week) in Covent Garden. I'm easygoing, clean, and keep to myself though I'm always down to hang out :)

I am a smoker but I am extremely respectful of other people’s preferences. I never smoke inside. Always in the garden or elsewhere. I don't have a gender preference, nor am I fussy about age . I'm just looking for a clean living space with kind, respectful, and relaxed flatmates.
