Friendly, easygoing, tidy flatmate :)

Hello,

I’m a friendly, considerate 28 year old professional looking to buddy up with someone from end of Sept/mid Oct.

Whilst I’m quite sociable outside the house, I love to come home to a peaceful/relaxed space, so I’m not looking for a party house and I’m very respectful of other people’s space. With that said, I’d love to live with someone I get along with so that we can occasionally watch a movie or have dinner together 🥰

I also have a very small and sweet dog called Enid. I’m looking to live with someone who’s going to be friendly towards her, as she’s a very affectionate little creature who loves a snuggle and a bit of attention! I’m also therefore ideally looking for somewhere near a nice park if poss.

I’m currently based in East Dulwich, and I love the green spaces in SE London (but I’m open to North/East also). Access to the overground would be ideal - Forest Hill, Peckham rye, and Crystal Palace would be my first choices, but I’d also be open to Brockley/Honor Oak/Clapham etc, or NE (Angel/Islington).

Currently I’m a full time model, and I’m also doing a financial advisory apprenticeship. I’m in-office a couple of days a week. I tend to have very busy evenings as I have a lot of hobbies (contortion, gymnastics, pole, and yummy dinners out with friends) so am out of the house quite a bit. I also travel semi regularly with work, so you’ll likely have the house to yourself here and there :)

I’m only really looking to buddy up with 1 person (2 max) as prefer a calmer household. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d love to get coffee and then start looking for somewhere that suits us both!!
