Seeking safe friendly flatshares

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m a young professional who has just secured a full-time job based in Central London (Bloomsbury), and I am looking for a room to rent so I can settle in and start my commute.
I have a stable, verified income and am looking for a place to call home. As a flatmate, I am clean, respectful, and reliable. I appreciate a peaceful and tidy environment, especially during the work week, but I’m always up for a chat in the kitchen or a relaxed evening in!
What I’m Looking For:
Budget: Up to £850 per month (ideally with bills included).
The Room: A private single or double room. I am completely fine with sharing a kitchen and bathroom.
The Area: My priority is a safe neighborhood with a decent commute (under 45 minutes) to Central London. I’m looking primarily at areas with easy access to the Metropolitan, Northern, Central, or Elizabeth lines (e. g., Wembley, Finchley, Harrow, or East/South East London), but I am very open to other safe, well-connected areas!
I am ready to provide employment references, proof of income, and moving funds immediately for the right place.
